What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unused condition. Please note that custom-engraved products are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and local regulations.
How should I maintain my Toor Knives product?
To ensure longevity, we recommend cleaning your blade with warm soapy water after use and applying a thin coat of protective oil to prevent oxidation.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Every Toor Knives product comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from misuse.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Orders move quickly through our fulfillment center. If you need to make a change, please contact our support team within 1 hour of purchase.
