At Toor Knives, we stand by the craftsmanship of our lifestyle apparel and gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is free from signs of wear.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
